Positive: The pool was great and the staff are really trying to be helpful

Negative: Way off the beaten path and it was empty. Its a big resort and I was the only one staying there except at two occasion’s during my stay did other people show up. It was weird and a little depressing be alone in a big resort. Also the beach was full of debris and garbage

Negative: The hotline didn’t work. I tried calling twice to check if i could make an early checkin but no answer, no calling back.

Negative: Limited English for a tourism place. Constant barrier, even the map they provided was basically for Vietnamese- not in English. Place was empty, that was questionable Food at restaurant was poor with limited variety & super expensive. Breakfast was included with our booking & you had 2 choices- definitely not worth it!

Summary: Got to eat at a nearby family restaurant with outstanding service & awesome affordable fresh seafood
