Positive: Perfect location looking out to that view everyday was bliss 😊 cottage very well equipped and comfortable. Watchet had a fantastic variety of restaurants cafes shops and bars all within very easy reach of the cottage must say the fish & chips were absolutely delicious 😋 and we loved the idea that you could get a takeaway and go eat in the really quirky little pub called pebbles 😍 we had a lovely stay here and would definitely reccomend.

Negative: Only downside was the shower unfortunately we couldn't get the temperature right either very hot or very cold and with 3 adults and 1 child having baths was time consuming which was a shame 🫠

Positive: Very comfortable beds, lovely bed linen & decent pillows! Cottage well appointed with sufficient crockery, pits/pans/chairs etc, including salt & pepper & other bits n bobs! . Lovely homely feel to it.

Negative: Nothing it was ideal.

Positive: Other than the comments below it was'nt that bad- our Daughter couldnt come so one bathroom was OK but if there were more than 2 persons it would have been difficult . No downstairs toilet either . Considering the price I think not value for money

Negative: We didnt appreciate that the key safe was an actual safe but thought that once we formed the code and pressed the lever down the door would open - I left messages with the Owner but none of my calls were returned - thats why I would give the host a 0 . Luckily a passing couple who had had similar problems with their key safe quickly solved our problem. This property was also very cold and damp with no heating . I think Sykes Property or the Owner should give the address/phone no of person nearby like the cleaner ( who was very nice ) as Foreign visitors like us would have difficulty with the key safe system . Also check out at 10 am is Spartan considering the price. Sorry to say wont be staying here again. Will go to other properties which we have rented before in Watchet.
