Positive: This was a beautiful room in a quaint house that was a very short walk away from the beach and town centre. It was quiet and relaxing just what we needed. I will definitely book again. There was a long stay car park nearby that cost us £9 a day.

Negative: There was nothing negative about this stay. (except the noisy seagulls which can't be helped)

Positive: It was such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful Sea Spirit Eco Guest House! This really felt like a luxury stay (I stayed for 3 nights) : I had a gorgeous ensuite room which was very tastefully decorated, and everything was absolutely spotlessly clean with lots of lovely touches which Jules has added . There were genuine lovely eco toiletries and the guest room included a kettle , organic teas and milk in a little stainless steel flask (no plastic uht milk here!). The bed was super comfortable too so I slept very well. Guests also have access to a beautiful lounge on the ground floor of the house which is an extra plus. I also liked the location on Bicton Street very much as its central enough to mean I could walk easily into the centre of Exmouth to meet friends, with its many cafes , pubs (lively local music scene too !), restaurants and down to the sea front too. Although Sea Spirit Eco Guest House is quite central , the street is so quiet at night so I had no problem getting to sleep. For a short break in Exmouth, this place is relaxing and perfect and Jules is the perfect host.

Negative: Literally , I can't fault Sea Spirit Eco Guest House at all and look forward to staying there again in the future on my next visit to see friends in Exmouth.
