Positive: Mr. Kinson, was more than a host. He was a friend, a guide, a guardian angel. He helped us with transportation to and from the airport, he offered us free transportation whenever we needed it in Nassau, he personally went with us to rent the car that he also reserved for us the day before, he gave us confidence and security throughout our stay. The property and location is special and amazing and you feel like home. It was an unforgettable experience. Everything was clean, with a good looking, with a lot of amenities and many complimentary stuffs.

Positive: Location was in a quiet road, about 5 minutes walk from the bus to Nassau and to one of the nicest beaches on the island. The gardens were beautiful with butterflies and birds. Kinson, the owner, was exceptionally helpful & provided lots of tips & information that made our stay memorable. He kindly offered an airport pickup which was hugely appreciated. If you want to cook, then everything you need is provided.

Positive: The Host is a SuperStar! This is the BEST I have ever had in my Booking.com experience; the BEST! OUTSTANDING! Yes! Yes! Yes! 1.) The property is immaculate! Cleanliness. I'm a medical professional; the unit met that minimum standard in cleanliness. 2.) Every amenity you can think of, is in this room; well, except, scissor. 😉 3.) The shower is a dream; the water is nice and hot, and it is a massage shower. You never wanna leave the shower. Spacious! It is a modern unit. No cost was spared. 4.) Body lotion ...top-shelf products in the room. 5.) Internet is 10 out of 10. 6.) TV shows, 10 out of 10. 7.) Amenities, 10 out of 10. 8.) Water pressure in the unit, 10 out of 10. 9.) GREAT area! Completely safe; ZERO concerns regarding safety. 10.) Professional courtesy. The Host and his wife are considerate, humble, respectful; the Host makes the trip prima facia.

Negative: the lighting in the bathroom could use a brighter bulb; i struggled to see my ugliness in the mirror; i guess that was good for me; however, to shave, it was an effort to see a close, close, close shave no washer and dryer - i hate coming back with dirty clothes; not available. the toilet paper, SCOUT, is not of my choice; i prefer Charmin extra strong. any toilet paper that can hold water, well. the bed was awful for me because i prefer a firm mattress and this is a pillow-top. i know, most prefer a pillow-top, i do NOT! my mattress must be firm; sturdy. something more solid would have aided my ability to sleep better, longer. location! location! location! beautiful, peaceful, safe; however, for me, it is too far from everything as it pertains to walking distance. i did not wish to rent a car; only a few places were in walking distance. that is not the fault of the host, property owner, that's me! i like to walk everywhere within 14, 16, to 21 mins. not possible from this location. some of the amenities in the bathroom were above my 'paid-grade' in terms of operations. for example, i was initially challenged with how to use the beautiful, fancy, amazing massage shower. i could have asked how to use? i opted to figure it out; when i did, i never wanted to leave the shower. now i'm gonna have to again get use to my own lousy shower in my home in vegas; ohhh brother. the toilet flush made me nervous. it is one of those european flush. i don't like those. they can be confusing and i like to insure that my toilet flushes, thoroughly. a full length mirror in the room would be a nice addition.
