Sea Shell is located on a hillside on the outskirts of Korissia and enjoys panoramic sea views over the bay and the Aegean sea. Korissia is the picturesque port of the island, which besides a beautiful beach, has all facilities like super markets, taverns, cafeterias, pharmacies etc
The recently finished house is built with respect to the local architecture whose main characteristic is the use of the local stone and the blue wooden window frames. It is part of a privately owned residential complex with its own private entrance, and lies on the ground floor of a 2-story building. It covers a total area of 115 s.m. and it is set to conveniently accommodate up to 6 guests in spaces that combine functionality with comfort.
Sea Shell consists of two connected yet independent housing units.
The main house is suitable for 4 guests and it encompasses an open plan kitchen, a spacious living area with a dining table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The entrance door opens up to a stone tiled veranda with an outdoor dining table, where much of the summer-life takes place.
The gust room is adjacent to the main house but has also a separate entrance. It features a room with a sofa bed, suitable for 2 guests, a bathroom and outside a little veranda ideally set for relaxing moments enjoying the vistas.
