Summary: We recommend this cottage, it offers a beautiful location to sit on the pier and decompress.Roomy, private, cozy cottage with a pool, located on the Caribbean Sea side of the island. The beach area is a short walk and worth walking, friendly pup dogs may greet and join you along the way.Centrally located for daily outings to the each end of the island. WiFi worked well, The electricity was out for 18hrs for scheduled maintenance (no big deal).Speed limit 45mph 72.42 km/h, most rental cars do not have MPH speedometer. Watch out for the SpeedBumps in the small settlements / towns the speed limits are 15mph.Trash disposal site located at Fisherman’s Dr & Ocean Dr, Easy to find.Download offline google & iOS maps due limited cell coverage. A stop at the mini market for a four pack of toilet paper is recommended and other drinks & snacks. There’s No hairdryer, so ponytail / cap / hat / bring your own.Upon arrival to the island plan a stop at Daddy Joe’s restaurant for a meal (located less than 1/2mile from Glass Window Bridge.Also, Find your way to Da Conch Hut going towards James Cistern on a daily outing for the Tropical Conch Salad (Ladies, enough for two, but I wouldn’t share ). We recommend this cottage.

Summary: We've been on Eluthera before and love the island. Sea Grapes in Rainbow Bay was a wonderful central location. Tha home is just the right size and the pool a bonus. Unfortunately the deck lounge chairs were broken and were trying to be replaced. The home was very private with a nice big deck. The only other thing was the BBQ would need replacing soon.

Summary: Communication with VRBO and owners was prompt and accurate.Location of house was perfect.View was phenomenal, having the pool a plus.Never had to use the AC, nice wind coming off the water, helps keep the bugs away too!

Summary: We had a very nice stay. The house is comfortable and clean. Be patient with the aircon. It will cool off. If you have trouble, try a different remote and you are good to go. Brianna was very responsive to any questions that we had. The view from the porch is stunning and the pool is a nice addition. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Sea Grapes is a sweet cottage with a panoramic View of the water. It is totally private in a quiet neighborhood. We watched the sun rise and set directly over the water each day. The property managers were available each time we had a question or concern. We would definitely stay at Sea Grapes again.The reason I gave the cottage four stars is that there were several maintenance issues. Both loungers by the pool were broken from the first day and were never replaced. The toilet seat in one bathroom was broken and never replaced. The directions for the wifi were confusing and I was never able to log on. Eleuthera is a very small island with limited resources so it is challenging to get problems resolved. However, the island is safe with very friendly people. If a visitor is expecting everyday conveniences and timely services, this is not the island for you. However, if you are looking for a totally chill place to rest and rejuvenate, Sea Grapes and Ekeuthera are the place for you.

Summary: The property is spotlessly clean and well kept. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Fantasic outdoor space overlooking the water. Convenient to sites to the north of the island as well as the southerly places.

Summary: The house was nice and the location was convient to Rainbow Bay. We were there just as the rainy season started. The only challe ge was the flying termite invasion a few days before we left. Because we were told "that's island life" my husband cleaned the room and we moved all of our things into the master bedroom. I cleaned the rest of the bugs in the living area, washed the bedding and we finished our vacation bug free. We would stay again because of the location and the pool!
