Positive: Loved the location. The condo is laid out nicely, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The furnishings are well done, and the linens are solid. It was nice to have so many beach towels there, too. There were some toys, an umbrella, and some chairs. The building is quiet, which I didn't expect. The pool is clean and offers a refreshing retreat from the hot sun. The beach is right there, and the access is only steps away. The loungers and umbrellas in front of the place are nice, but you have to rent them from a private company. It was worth it for us. I love the cute bar/restaurant across the street, Caddy's. It has a fun atmosophere.

Summary: Perfect stay with beautiful beach views and very clean condo.

Positive: Great location. The beach was wonderful, although we wished the access to the beach had a ramp instead of steps. The condo was very, very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Enough space for 6 people comfortably in all the common areas. The pool area was nice, but a tad small for the amount of condos in the building, it got pretty crowded. Loved having an assigned parking spot.

Negative: This bldg is 10 floors but had only one functioning elevator. There was no information indicating staff was aware and were working on this issue, but this is a significant issue, especially for arrival, departure and anyone with children. Also, the day before departure our washer stopped working and water wouldn’t drain. I called our contact person, who said she would find someone and call me back. I never heard back from her. We had to wring out our clothes and travel with wet items.

Summary: It’s a lovely beach and pool area is nice. The hot tub had only one working jet but was hot.
