Summary: We enjoyed our visit to Sea Colony. The stairs to the loft are a bit narrow, but the unit was clean and adequately stocked. But the view can't be beat.

Summary: We had a great stay and thankfully we didn't need the loft. I went up there is get an extra pillow. The stairs are really narrow (no way to get a suit case up there) and dangerous. A teenager might be okay with it but don't expect grandma to get up there. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Summary: We love Sea Colony! This unit is spacious (there were only two of us) and comfortable. The furnishings are a bit dated and worn, but perfectly serviceable. We would return.

Summary: Other than the decent beach view, this place is old and dirty. The stairs to the loft is very narrow. The cleaning crew barely cleaned the place. There were stains throughout all the furniture and wiped everything down before sitting on it as well as cleaning the floor. The shower had mold. Vacasa checked in with me about my stay and I provided photos to show them how dirty the place was. They issued a $56 cleaning fee refund, which is minimal and did not justify the quality of what I received. I’d rather stay somewhere else next time…

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Bethany Beach and Sea Colony. The location and view from our unit was amazing. Easy access to the beach and it was an easy process to rent umbrellas and chairs. The unit does need updating. We were surprised to see the condition of the grout in the shower. It was so bad it looked like the faucet for the bath water might fall off. The layout of the unit was fine, although the beds, especially the twin beds in the loft were bouncy and uncomfortable according to our 18 and 22 year old girls. With some real updates, I would have given this unit a 5.
