One bath has a shower and a washer/dryer; one has a two person shower and the third is single person shower. There is a king suite on the first floor with flat screen TV and two twins in the upstairs bedroom. A sleep-sofa is available in the twin bedroom for a maximum occupancy of six. The cottage faces east which makes morning coffee on the deck, overlooking the water, delightful. There is a shared dock with two other cottages with row boat and 4 kayaks at the water's edge for our tenants use. There is an enclosed outdoor shower along the walkway to the dock for Sea Breeze’s tenants use.

Summary: Everything about this property was wonderful, cleanliness, location, comfortable beds, nice deck overlooking the bay. It’s mostly private, you do share a dock and kayaks with at least one other cottage. Bass Harbor is our favorite part of MDI, quiet with three of our favorite restaurants, great hiking trails, easy to get to other parts of the island. We would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Property was absolutely beautiful! We loved that we could enjoy dinner out on the deck and my kids loved exploring the garden. The view was lovely and the house/property had everything we needed. Spacious for our family of 4. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. About a 30 minute drive to Bar Harbor/Acadia, which was perfect since it was much more peaceful on this side of the island. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Summary: Property was the actual highlight of our trip. Acadia was beautiful, lobster plentiful, but this proprty was jaw dropping. Clean, well-appointed, and the best views in Bar Harbor. Woke up every morning to peace amd nature-filled views and excitement.

Summary: We loved this cottage! Very clean, and everything seemed new. Perfect for a relaxing stay for our family. The location was great! Enjoyed the view from the patio. We got great use of the binoculars that were provided as an eagle flew right over one morning, it was amazing to watch. We were 5 minutes from Bass harbor where we booked a fantastic fishing tour and The Seafood Ketch restaurant which was great!
