Positive: Beautiful views. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean inside. Harbor seals came right up to the rocks off the deck.

Negative: Lockpad was problematic. Windows need to be cleaned. Great view is somewhat obscured.

Positive: Beautiful views from this location, a long ride out to the point, a long way into town but we brought groceries.

Negative: The kitchen had very few regular tools to use and the plates, cups, cooking utensils were very disorganized and hard to locate.

Positive: incredible location and views!! Clean, easy check in/out.

Negative: A TV upstairs or in a bedroom would have been great (for the price).. also a couch, coffee table in main living space. not essential just more of a logical furniture staging than 4 individual chairs. perhaps share with future renters that the nearest supermarket is back in town so they can grab what they need prior to arrival.

Summary: We had a great time and would rent it again.

Negative: poor lighting in kitchen and living room area, uncomfortable living room set up no side table in bedroom, bathroom could be cleaner- hair on heater , dust in ledge, bugs in light in bathroom and kitchen area. slider to deck does not work. refrigerator runs, rusty and very loud. light above stove not working. remotes for tv not working- no comfortable chairs near tv. should give renters heads up that house is 30 minutes away from local restaurants and stores - so be sure to do grocery shopping on way in. very dark and narrow road approaching property. Accessibility can be an issue.
