Summary: This is the perfect spot to easily get to anywhere in the valley, thanks to close proximity to highways 101 & 202. We also appreciated the convenience to Old Town Scottsdale & the Tempe Marketplace. Day trips to the Grand Canyon & Sedona were also a breeze from this location. The home was very clean and just as it appears in the photos - beautiful kitchen & baths. There is no tub, but we preferred the two large tile showers because we no longer have little toddlers to bathe. Our teenagers loved having their own bedrooms. Bedroom 4 is the formal living/dining area with nice barn doors for privacy. Plenty of other gathering space in the informal family room/kitchen eating area and at the huge island, plus on the patio with a nice TV. Pool was refreshing and very clean, too. Attendant came to check pool levels during our stay. Host was super responsive. This place deserves their many 5/5 reviews.

Summary: Great location, quiet neighborhood, loved the heated pool and pool fence, enjoyed the outdoor games. Electric blinds in the bedrooms did not work. Dresser drawers or other clothes storage option in the bedrooms would have been helpful to unpack suitcases as not all clothing can hang in closet.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family’s Christmas trip to visit family in Phoenix. Perfect location for outings to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Old Town, and Salt River fields. The size of the property far exceeded my expectations from the large number of beds to the many tables and chairs and the big backyard perfectly appointed for spending time with friends and family. The beds and couches were super comfortable as well! We come to Phoenix often and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: Terrific location. Great communication with Kelsey!! Loved the pool fence for the safety of kids. Lots of great backyard games. Great supply of towels and products. Nice neighborhood - with park nearby. There could be more storage containers for food. ( tupperware ) Shades that darken the rooms for sleeping - too bright.
