Positive: Nice place. New and very clean. Everything you need is there. We spent 5 nights and felt good. Owner online and correct.

Negative: Pillows are not good, but I’m sure that owner will change when they see the comment as everything else is really on high level.

Positive: Our stay at the apartment on Ameisgasse 28 was simply fantastic! The place is modern and tastefully decorated, with two cozy bedrooms and a large, bright living room that includes a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for sharing meals together. This new building is of high quality and leaves nothing to be desired. We especially loved the spacious garden with lush green grass, a small sandbox for children, and a romantic bench inviting you to relax. Everything is brand new and in perfect condition, including the convenience of a washing machine and dryer. The location is unbeatable—right by the Schönbrunn Zoo and the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace Park, ideal for scenic walks. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the city center and the State Opera via the U4 metro line. A great pizzeria right outside the door and various grocery stores nearby make the stay especially convenient. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, and the private garage is a wonderful bonus. Despite the excellent location and connection, the apartment is incredibly quiet, as it faces an inner courtyard. This is the perfect place to explore Vienna while feeling completely at home. We will definitely come back!
