Positive: The woodwork on this cabin is incredible. the kitchen was fairly stocked, including basic seasonings which we suspect have been graciously left by previous guests. Don’t forget to bring propane if you wish to BBQ. Hands down the best part is the gorgeous lake and surrounding Mountain View. We saw a lightning storms, giant rainbows and countless picturesque landscapes throughout our stay. My wife, 16 year old daughter, 11 year old son and 9 year old daughter slept comfortably in the three upstairs bedrooms. We played many of the well stocked board games. Honestly if you want to get away and just relax in a beautiful cabin with an incredible view, we recommend this location.

Negative: The internet is satellite based and can be a bit spotty. But we didn’t come to be on our devices so really that was a plus. Verizon service seemed to work consistently on the property. Surrounding the property are what we initially thought were swarms of mosquitos. After some research we learned they are actually water midges and they do not bite. in fact they flew away from us anytime we got near them. We spent plenty of time outside and none of us got so much as a single bug bite.

Summary: Beautiful cabin with extensive woodwork and stunning lake views off the beaten path.
