This centrally located beach house is within walking distance from everything Cape Paterson has to offer, making it a great place to relax on your time away from home.
Cape Paterson is a gateway to everything that the bass coast has to offer.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area at each end of the house, it is perfect for larger groups or families to getaway and relax.
This house has heating and cooling throughout, with plenty of board games and dvds to keep the kids entertained, making it the perfect holiday house all year round.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and there will only ever be one booking at a time.

As much or as little as you need. We are only a phone call/email away for the entirety of your stay.

Summary: Loved the house. Plenty of room for adult family, great location for the beach and walking and the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our hosts were friendly and communication was easy. We had very relaxing and happy stay.
