This is our stunning lake view guest house which is detached from the main house with its own smartkey entry. Comes with queen size bed in bedroom, a pull out couch(can sleep two person) in living room, bathroom and kitchenette . You also have your very own deck with breathtaking view of lake and mountain. Well lit path leading to your front door.
A short drive to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. Close to Microsoft, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
The guest house is surrounded by trees and flowers, with a mini zen garden in front of the guest house, fountain and waterfall nearby, breathtaking lake and mountain view. It s oasis of idyllic beauty, peace and privacy, but close to everywhere with the convenient location.
I live in the nearby main house. I am responsive via phone/text or email and will help whenever needed.

Summary: It’s all about the view!!! This place is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The leaves were changing with Autumn colors encompassing our view of the lake. It’s cozy but nice finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. Dining chair cushions weren’t great but we had mostly good weather and enjoyed hanging on the patio. Although the kitchenette is small we were able to cook bacon and eggs each morning. Lots of fridge space to allow us to bring home leftovers to heat up..

Summary: The only reason i marked down for accuracy is that the laundry is not in the unit. i'm not sure where it is, but i didn't want to bother the owners.

Summary: Lovely view and neighborhood. What was an issue was the heat during the 10 days we stayed (late July/early Aug). This unit did not have air conditioning. We both could not sleep well due to the heat, even with all windows open. A simple and cheap window a/c unit would have made all the difference.

Summary: Choose this property for the view of Lake Sammamish, it did not disappoint! We watched two bald eagles fly the shoreline for half an hour! Later, a brief, fantastic late afternoon thunderstorm rolled through and showed off with a brilliant rainbow. Early summer in the Pacific Northwest at its absolute finest. Neighborhood is quiet, easy access to freeways, short distance to downtowns Bellevue, Redmond and Issaquah. Looking for a step up from generic hotel property, this is a great choice. Highly recommend.

Summary: We stayed for 10 days while I recovered from surgery and it was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous views, and convenient to everything (if you have a car). There were a few initial maintenance problems and owners were very responsive and cheerful getting them taken care of. Kitchenette is basic and met our needs. We were sooooo glad we didn't stay in a hotel as originally planned. Yes we'd stay here again.
