Summary: Our stay overall was very accommodating to our guests. Sleeping arrangements work well for a group of 10! Very Nice that sheets and towels are provided! The fire pit had plenty of cut wood provided also a nice bonus! Departure rules are very simple! The location is very nice! It’s very secluded like advertised. It Centers to a lot of attractions! The house itself needs lots of TLC. Sliding doors are extremely hard to open/close. The toilets need updating. The kitchen kettles need updating badly. The regular coffee pot leaks from somewhere but not every brew. Also some kind of regular tv would be an added bonus! We also heard critters in the walls/ceilings each nite! Would rent again if above items are addressed.

Summary: The property was represented well by the lister. The house itself has plenty of room to accommodate all the people it can sleep. Between the games, pool/ping pong tables, woodpit, and grill the house itself has a lot to offer.

Summary: The property is perfect for our family to stay. It is very clean and has every accommodation to fit our needs. The house has everything you would need to cook, bake and grill. Two seperate living room spots for family time. We enjoyed lots of Puzzles, Ladder ball and Cornhole. Recommended for a nice getaway. Kim is very repsonsive and helpful for any questions you may have. Thank you for allowing us to visit your home for 1 week.

Summary: Lovely home! The house is well appointed, comfortable, beautiful view, and plenty of room! We were coming into the area for a family wedding. The host was very accommodating to our needs, and the views to come back to after the get together were perfect.

Summary: Beautiful views, close to nature, rustic cabin with large living space. We saw deer our first day come walking right around the house. The location is near a lot of local adventures, bike riding the trails at PA Grand Canyon and horse back rides in the mountains. We grilled steaks and burgers and enjoyed the supply of games.

Summary: The cabin is great! The kitchen is bigger than it seems as well as the carpeted area. It comfortably fit all 12 of us with room to cook, eat, and play board games. They provided wood and splitting axes for the fire pit as well as a good quality gas grill. Would 100% recommend.

Summary: After setting aside time with friends, and unfortunate emergency required a quick change of plans. Luckily this incredible property was available for the exact titwe needed. Having been lucky enough to have stayed at the Black Bear Lodge on a previous occasion I knew it would be perfect. And as usual the Black Bear Lodge did not disappoint. From the fantastic host, to the incredible lodge and property it delivered what we needed, an escape from life for a few days. The seclusion the lodge offers while being close to Wellsboro and the canyon is a major plus. Could not recommend more highly. The improvements made since our previous we fantastic. Have fun, relax and enjoy your stay.
