Summary: The place is great and loved element of the cabin. It's cozy and clean. The smell of the pine wood when first walking in was a welcoming scensation. Unfortunately, there were a few things that made it difficult to sleep at night. Two of them, the property owner said they would address for future guests, but the 3rd, I'm not so sure they have control over. The neighbors' dogs. bark. constantly. Even as late as midnight. Eek. I sincerely hope they can get that issue remedied, because this place is great and if they do find a solution to the barking, I'll be back.

Summary: We thought everything was great for the two of us during our stay. Having the full property was great and being close to the Pine Creek and downtown Wellsboro was fantastic. Everything about the process was smooth and everything about the cabin was very clean. Would stay again.

Summary: About 10 minutes oitside of Wellsboro. Residential road, not touristy at all. Far enough away that you dont have the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to run to town to get supplies or an ice cream and easily get to all 3 parks. Plenty of trees for privacy. Great little place to stay.
