Positive: The rooms are very, very clean with updated appointments and amenities. The room size is efficient, however adequate. The grounds are meticulously maintained and very colorful, with a wide variety of blooming plants and shrubs. The owners live on site and are attentive to your needs. They are also very friendly! The available bagged ice and bottled water was very convenient and saved us trips to the store. Of course, the location is just perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Negative: The rooms are small, which I do not see as a problem. However, some people may feel differently.

Positive: Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed during the late Fall season, so the area was quiet (not beach season). It was relaxing without any hassles. Across from the motel was the state beach. Even in a cold weather season, it was nice to talk to the beach and enjoy the breathtaking view of sunset/sunrise. The room was specious and very clean. Microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker were in the room, so that was helpful to prepare a quick meal. Air conditioner was a bit loud but it didn't bother me after all. If Kleenex tissue was in the room, that would have been nice. There was nothing to complain about my stay, and I would definitely stay again!
