For what you’re paying, this is disappointing. I can’t recommend staying here at this price point. Great building, poor management — hopefully they fix the service soon.

Summary: Unfriendly staff, rooms looked way older than the actual age, good breakfast, but was left waiting several times due to things running out (waited 10-15 minutes for them to boil eggs). Reception staff could not care less. Chose this hotel after having stayed at Elite hotel the past few times, but the difference in service and room standard would have been worth paying 200 sek more at Elite.
