Positive: Cute apartment, had everything we needed! We really appreciated the ground coffee provided. The view was lovely and air conditioning worked well. Bakery, cafe, groceries close by and 30 minute walk to city centre. Great Communication with host!

Positive: We had a great stay at Eleonoras place! The apartment was cozy, clean and modern. We had two air conditioners and the little balcony was lovely. The communication with the owner was perfect and the location of the apartment close to the main streets of Bologna.

Negative: Little tip: two wine glases would have been great! ;-)

Positive: Amazing new and clean modern apartment with everything you need. Parking is right infront of the building (it costs 7€ per day). The owner is very nice and quick to answer any questions. There are restaurants and shops in the area and it is a nice 25min walk to the city centre. Would recommend.

Negative: If you are a light sleeper maybe you will notice occasional noise from neighbours or water heater. But it is really not that big of a deal.

Positive: I stayed for three nights in December and the apartment was warm and comfortable. I was partly working and partly visiting the city and the apartment was a great base for both. It was quiet and I slept well which was welcome.

Negative: Would be nice to have some basics like a few dried herbs, pepper etc in the kitchen.

Positive: The apartment offers everything for a comfortable stay. lovely details. I feel at home. Extremely clean and every room smells. a small balcony with a nice view. the bathroom is not big, but the apartment is spacious. A pleasant 20-minute walk to the old part of the city. Near restaurants, cafes, shops. I heard a rooster in the morning. Pleasant awakening. Kind Eleonora, you get all the information from her. Great, hope to come back.
