Enjoy four seasons of outdoor activities from this location whether your skiing, fly fishing, mountain biking, or hiking, it's all accessible right outside your door. Easy parking , ski closet access, and community hot tub make this an ideal spot for your Sun Valley vacation.
We provide a seamless, contactless check-in experience for your convenience. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Contact information will be provided after booking.
Enjoy all the benefits of staying at the Iconic Warm Springs Base Area. A great area for skiing (almost ski in/ski out) in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Apre Ski at the Warm Springs Lodge or walk over to Apples and get some local flavor.

Summary: We rode bikes, enjoyed the good food, and would have loved the sights, if it hadn't been so smoky, due to summer fires. That said, this is a great property, outside the busy-ness of downtown Ketchum, but still close enough to ride there by bike. It was comfortable inside as well, which was good because we spent more time indoors than we had originally planned.

Summary: My husband and I were there for work, so we needed operational space as well as living space. The condo is wonderful! Clean, quiet, spacious, and the drawers were filled with everything we could ever need, from pepto-bismol to nail clippers. The bed was super comfy, and we were grateful to have A/C and a washer & dryer. The location at the end of own was great, nice and quiet. Ample parking made this an easy place to get in and out. Looking forward to staying here again!
