Positive: The property was perfect for a 40th birthday celebration! We had 8 adults and I think we spent more time in the garage arcade / game area than a group of kids would have. We only stayed one night and we were disappointed that we didn’t get to stay longer and enjoy all of the amenities. Everyone there loved their stay and said they slept very comfortably. They had every amenity that we didn’t even think we would need or want in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus the backyard fire pit. We loved being able to gather around the kitchen island and play games before bed and then have breakfast together before leaving. All the instructions for the stay were clear and reasonable. Would highly recommend the property.

Negative: The built in microwave in the kitchen did not have it’s door installed properly (not broken, parts still inside) and was unusable, but there was a microwave in the basement we were able to bring up and use instead. The 10 AM departure time was not ideal but we made it work. The price for the stay was only unreasonable after all of the fees and taxes were applied, which was frustrating that Booking.com doesn’t show you the total until you go to book the property.

Summary: Wonderful and fun property for both adults and kids, but expensive for a one night stay.

Positive: Great property for a family getaway or celebration! Well stocked, nice touches with coffee/tea bar (including half and half), waffle mix, popcorn, condiments, extra paper products, etc. Everyone loved the multiple game rooms, hot tub, sauna, movie theater. Super close to the resort. We all didn’t want to leave!!

Negative: Although there were plenty, the coffee supplies could have been filled. It would have been nice to feel we were the first to use everything and not just the leftovers from the previous guest.

Upon entering the house, we were greeted by its spacious ambiance, accentuated by tall ceilings and an impressive 4000 square feet of living space. The property boasts a plethora of bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring ample privacy and comfort for large groups or families. The cleverly designed open layout seamlessly integrates communal areas while maintaining cozy private nooks, perfect for those moments of needed solitude or quiet reading. The array of amenities provided is nothing short of spectacular. The game room became our nightly hub of entertainment, offering a variety of activities for all ages. Evenings were especially magical, spent around the warm glow of the fire pit or indulging in the smoky flavors from s'mores.
