Summary: This home was more than expected. It’s so spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen cabinets were all labeled so the was no guess work looking for anything needed. We had two pickup trucks and two motorcycle trailers and there was plenty of room for parking in the driveway. If ever in the area again this will be the first place I will look to rent. Communicating with the owners was very easy and quick to respond. Thank you Melissa and Danny.

Summary: A friend's weekend away and The Boone House was perfect. Easy entry, great communication, beautiful property, and just the spot to relax and unwind. The location is convenient to restaurants and local attractions. The garage makes it easy to load and unload, especially when the weather is less than perfect. Overall, we loved our stay, would love to come back and recommend The Boone House 10/10.

Summary: My Family and I stayed at Melissa and Danny’s VRBO in Massanutten last week for our spring break. The house was beautiful, very well organized, and very clean. The best part is that we were allowed to bring our fur babies which makes it so much easier to travel as a family. we chose their property based on all of the reviews and we were not disappointed! Long overdue family time was needed and we were able to do just that! Lots of games of Sorry and Scrabble were played! We spent a day at Luray Caverns and took the boys to a potato chip factory. We also spent time at the waterpark and did mini golf and a few hikes while we were there. The hot tub was a nice addition! Overall, I would give this a 10 star rating! Thanks, Melissa and Danny for having us and for sharing your beautiful home with us!Shanon

Summary: The Boone House is perfectly appointed. The bedrooms afford family privacy: a master suite ( ensuite bath, walk-in closet), 2 large bedrooms with their own bath and a suite for privacy ( with bath) on the lower floor. The kitchen has everything we need and is labeled to facilitate use. Boone House is clean and VERY spacious. The area has everything we need. We went skiing, tubing, and horseback riding. The stables has a farm-like collection of animals ( potbelly pigs, goats that climb onto parapets, beautiful peacocks, sheep, Shetland ponies, 2 ferrets that we pet, etc.) that our grandchildren loved. There was one rainy day so we drove to Explore More Discovery Museum in Harrisonburg. It was unbelievable- we could have spent the entire day there. The area restaurants are delish and close. This was our second year at Boone House and each time we love it more.

Summary: We had a long weekend with another family, 4 adults and 6 kids ages 9-16. Everyone had a great time with lots to do and the house was so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We all thought it was more spacious than the pictures made it seem. We liked the open layout of the livingroom and kitchen. We would love to stay there again.
