Positive: Behaviour of the hosts was exceptional being a spiritual aspirant. Not at all business minded but service oriented. Stay was at home away from home. Offered welcome coffee, breakfast from prasanthi nilayam, and a special homely meals.. Wish to come back again ❤wish sai gunaranjan and Rajeswari all the very BEST 🌹❤🙏🏾All Major visiting points are on way from HS to mandiram.Swamy's Grace bestowed.

Negative: Neighbour's Spl breed dog which if not introduced to the guest may some times panic.. But the dog, Lucky is very homely and loving. Share Auto solves transporation, shuttling problem.

Positive: Everything specially the hosts Sri Sai Gunaranjan and Smt Raji Whose approach to the guest is exemplary. Saiguna ranjan was Swamy's student and he shows the difference, hurt never help ever. Felt at home. Extremely clean place with all facilities. Even I was offered Coffee, breakfast special Lunch (feast )by Raji. Sai took me on his bike to SS hospital which otherwise couldn't make a visit. A great stay which will ever be in my memory ❤😍🙏🏾Transportation to prasanthi, 1km away is not a problem, share Autos are plenty (Rs 10/=).

Positive: gunaranjan is a truly nice man, and very kind and helpful. he helped me order food from a local restaurant, and brought it up to me when it arrived. he helped me get a jio sim card, which otherwise would have been hard to get. the apartment is super clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. i highly recommend sathya sai nivas!

There are utensils provided for cooking purpose, which was very helpful during our stay. The accomodation is very good value for money. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends..

Positive: The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of puttapurthi. What I like the most is the location. Also the host is super helpful & friendly. I visit this place with my parents & I definitely recommend to others who wants a peaceful stay far from hustle & bustle of big city.
