Positive: It is near Rethymno - 10 minutes by car - but is into the hills so is cooler with a nice breeze. Maria the owner was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent and almost better than described. For instance the pool is lovely and clean, but deeper than we expected. so very good for diving. The air con is very good. We would love to book it again.

Negative: All the beds were very good apart from the mattresses on the top floor which could be thicker.

Summary: Really helpful owner and excellent facilities; we would love to book it again.

Positive: We loved our time at this villa (11 nights May/June 2023). It is very spacious, well equipped and super clean. My favourite room was the dining room.

Negative: Only because it has been asked, I would say the sofa in the lounge isn’t as comfortable as it looked - so if that’s the worst thing that also says a lot!

Summary: I highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Positive: the villa is a great choice for a couple of families vacationing together. each floor has a separate bsthroom. the kitchen is well equiped. the pool is perfect and all the outdoor spaces are wonferful too. the ping pong table, bicycles.. we did mot have time to use everything this place had to offer

Negative: the 1st floor bathroom does need a renovation in my opinion. the vintage style equipment fits the villa style but does not function properly. the bed in the first floor.. teo thumbs down, sorry about that

Summary: A great private villa for a larger company.
