Positive: Nice apartment, good location virtually on the beach. It was beautifully laid out with a balcony which we used. A lot.

Negative: It was booked for 6 adults, however the third room was very small and not spacious enough for 2 adults.

Summary: The apartment is beautifully laid out, and we had a lovely stay. Woul definitely book again but only 4 adults maximum

Positive: Upon arrival at the Gate, and met Kim of Security Staff, we were introduced to Tony who presented us to the Sapphire Beach complex Amenities along Condo Unit, informative Instructions and its myriad details with such ease. He's a Gentleman.

Negative: Cannot think of anything negative at all.

Positive: The location couldn't have been better - right on the beach. The pool area was nice too - always sunbeds available and the pools were never busy. The apartment was very big and spacious. The views from the balcony were outstanding.

Negative: Some noise in the evening from the bar across the street. They had live music most night which seemed to start as we went to bed! Fortunately the hum from the air conditioning was generally enough to drown out the singing.

Summary: Fantastic accommodation- highlight of our stay.

Positive: Location was absolutely perfect. Beach, St Lawrence Gap, few minutes taxi to Oistens. In particular, my concierge Damian was outstanding. We had a defective dryer, he immediately communicated with us, allowed us to use laundry in the vacant unit next door. Damian was a rock star concierge.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Just absolute perfect location on Dover Beach, gorgeous December sunrises and sunsets!!!

Positive: Very spacious, clean and in a great location right on the beach. Well maintained and equipped.

Negative: Ground floor are over two levels which was a bit strange. No loungers on our patio and you had to pay for loungers on the beach.

Summary: Great but a few niggles that you don’t expect when paying £400 per night.

Negative: Master bedroom very warm and bed somewhat uncomfortable… had to set AC unit to “howling gale” setting to survive heat No loaner pool/beach equipment Parking space quite tight for anything but smallest car Beach crowded TV channels unusable Quite expensive- for that cost I would expect better quality and services eg the following week we had nicer place, right on beach with very helpful Consierge service at approx half the price

Positive: Very specious, cozy, clean and a view worth the money. The location is superb and the direct access to Dover beach is amazing.

Negative: Cleaning. They clean once in 5-6 days, only changed the sheets and the kitchen. No floor or balcony, no tables and similar cleaning.

Summary: This is very beautiful place, we highly recommend 🫶🏻
