Positive: The staff were awesome. Lucia was very thoughtful and considerate with all my needs. I arrived late to Sapa (11pm), she sent a check in instructions beforehand, such that it gave me some hassle of late check in and can go to my room right away. All the staff including the chef and other helpers were super friendly and professional. They recommended events for us and let us use their umbrella while Sapa was raining heavily. The location is a bit outside of the core area, however, definitely a place to connect with nature (while it is still walking distance to all the actions). Thanks for the great team work to make our stays more comfortable.

Negative: The pillow and bed was a bit soft. Otherwise everything was great.

Positive: The staff was incredibly accommodating and personable. The free breakfast was delicious (get the fried noodles). There are a bunch of really cute animals running around the place. The location and views are incredible, and you can rent motorbikes for a reasonable price from the home stay.

Negative: Physical bungalows will sometimes leak a little bit of water in very heavy rain.

Summary: Incredible staff, location, and food, would book again in a heartbeat!

Positive: We really liked the vibe—it has a lush, jungle feel and the service was great. The place was also clean and neat, which made the stay comfortable.

Negative: What we didn’t like was that there’s no air conditioning and the lighting is a bit dim. It’s also a bit remote, so you’ll need to book a car to get there. But if you’re okay with that, it’s definitely a good option.

Positive: The staff went out of their way to help us when our daughter got sick. Bungalows are really great and feels like being in the jungle while not away from center. Perfect location.

Negative: Maybe aircon would be great since we were there during a very hot season and ventilator alone did not help that much.

Summary: Would have love to stay longer. Will come back next time.
