Positive: Spacious and comfortable. Private Excellemt view. You need a car and you’re close to excellent beaches. Check in was easy. The pool is a plus.

Positive: Very spacious and clean house/villa, the pool was very nice as well. Convenient location and in general the price was value for money (provided that you go as a group and the amount is divided)

Negative: Although by the main road that connects Parga to Preveza, it was a bit difficult to find. Amenities not really at walking distance. Finally, the fridge and freezer was underperforming, leading to our drinks not reaching the desired temperature in a normal time.

Negative: The smell from one of the bathrooms was really bad. Often there’s no water in the second floor bathroom. Location is not good - right above the main road. There’s a construction site just next to the villa.

Positive: So clean and the owner was on hand if we needed anything at all… We felt very well looked after

Negative: It’s a very new property… So there were a few things missing that we could’ve done with… Tea towels, a close horse for drying towels outside, a dustpan and brush… But I am being panicky… It was fabulous and we will definitely stay again

Summary: Fantastic from start to finish… Fabulous host helped us up the steps with our luggage on arrival and again on departure…

Positive: We stayed at Santakira Villas for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. ✨️ The villa was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our group of 4. The living area had a comfortable couch, a TV, and a kitchen that was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The two bedrooms were both a good size and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. The best part of the villa was the outdoor area. 💖🌊 There was a large terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for eating meals or relaxing and enjoying the view. The pool was also great - it was a good size and deep enough to swim in. There were also plenty of loungers, a swing, and a seating area around the pool. Nikos was a great host. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Santakira Villas and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay. 🌞
