Summary: Solo overnight trip. Spent the day at Mission Santa Ines and Solvang. After a full day, checked into my room. Hospitality was awesome! The employees at the check in desk were super friendly and helpful where to dine and anything else I needed to let them know. The room was really nice! Clean and the bed was super comfortable! Sunday breakfast was pretty good. A vast variety of food to eat and the staff was friendly. Great reflection of your organization. There is a nice pool area, towels are provided and there is a racquetball room as well. Real friendly atmosphere and family oriented. Ver quiet area…Would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: Our room and the main areas of the hotel were very clean. Breakfast was excellent & pool area is great. They ran out of pool towels & did not restock, but I was able to get one from the front desk.

Summary: I called two weeks before our trip to request early check in which they said they could not guarantee so I said I would call the day of and ask if it was possible. They said they could not guarantee it AGAIN but I was still charged for it. We ended up getting there around 3 (check in was at 4 pm) since they said they couldn’t guarantee early check and had to wait in the lobby for an hour. Our AC was also broken and someone came to check and said “no it’s working” but it most definitely wasn’t. We and our two dogs were so warm but we couldn’t leave our sliding door open because we were on the first floor and that’s unsafe. We asked to change rooms but they said they were fully booked for Memorial Day weekend.

Summary: Highly recommended stay in Buellton. Very nice property. Well maintained. Staff is very professional. We stayed here many times and always had a great experience. The lobby pizza oven is excellent.
