Positive: Breakfast was very nice. And room was very nice
Negative: Firstly we were made to pay a €150.00 even though the full amount of the stay there had been deducted from my account a week before. Either cash or debited from our credit card and would be returned days after check out. Did not have time to see the Spa as we checked out on the second day. My partner was not feeling well and we asked if we could leave and get two days back refund but it was denied. My partner was admitted to hospital that same day. They said it could be claimed from Booking .com

Positive: It was really clean and as soon as you entered through reception it smelled fresh. The reception staff were welcoming and approachable and very friendly. It looked better in real life than in photos so I was pleasantly surprised. The car park is secure and convenient. The shower is strong and roomy
Negative: When we checked the bathroom, the towel was not changed by the housekeeper because there was a stain on it, like she looked at it and decided it had not been changed and left it, which she shouldn’t do. It was immediately changed when mentioned and the housekeeper apologised. Also the shower was spitting everywhere when my husband went to have a shower because it was broken. When we reported it to reception, an engineer arrived shortly after and repaired it promptly. Breakfast was ok but fell short, the quality of the stuff was not great, like the juice and mushrooms for example.

Positive: Clean, not too busy round the pool. Nice bar - reasonably priced food and drinks. Spacious rooms. All facilities you need. Extensive choice at breakfast.
Negative: Paying extra to use the gym!
Summary: Great stay, would recommend. Staff really nice and helpful.
