Summary: Ice makers on every other floor. I needed ice wasn’t on my floor. Need to have bell service for cost of staying there. Deposit requirement was high. $100 per night. Stayed three nights. $150 would have been better. Took three days to return deposit, Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. All staff friendly.

Summary: Alicia is amazing ! She gives the best service there at Santa Clara Marriott the other staff need better customer service but Alicia makes up for it all ! Besides that the hotel is very nice and well kept ! Room service amazing ! Housekeeping ALL amazing ! Food is good but a little pricey

Summary: I didn’t have an extra parking charge. Internet was fast. There is a fridge in the rooms. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I felt safe there.
