Summary: I have never stayed at this hyatt but given that is less than ablock from 49ers stadium it is always booked full during football season. This weekend the game was played out of town and there was only a small conference the hotel was relatively empty. Because of that i was upgraded to the highest floor 14th and had an outstanding view. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable it is a bit worn but shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The only issue was TV signal was weak and reception was spotting at times. I will be back again.

Summary: Staff was very friendly, pool was large and kids loved it plus there’s a beautiful area to sit with the family at a fire pit in the evening. If you’re going to Levi’s stadium or great America this is the place to stay! Took us about 7 minutes to walk there. Place was clean but does need some renovation in halls (carpet, paint, etc). I thought beds were too hard but my family said they were great. One thing I wished they had was a separate trash for recyclables. But yes, I would stay again.
