This gorgeous 2400 sq ft Santa Barbara-style home is located in the heart of Central Scottsdale only a few miles away from everything you come to enjoy!
Chill in the glistening pool as dinner sizzles on the grill ahead of an al fresco dinner on the shaded outdoor patio. Grab an iced drink from the outdoor cooler, then head inside to unwind at the piano in the stylish, light-flooded living space

2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin roll-away bed.

By booking the house, you agree to the following rules and policies:
1. A government issued photo ID is required upon check-in for all guests who will stay in the house.
2. RESIDENTIAL NOISE *: Music or any kind of noise must be turned down after 9:00 pm. The noise level should be respectful of the neighbors at all times. If the police are called, you will be fined $1,500 and/or lose your deposit. You will also lose the remaining nights of your stay with no refund
3. CHILDREN: There is no pool gate. Children need to be supervised when swimming. We will not be held responsible for the child safety during your visit.
4. Maximum Guests*: The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 guests with the maximum number of 6 adults only.
5.ADDITIONAL GUESTS/Visitors* - The maximum number of the guests/visitors to the house is limited to the number of guests listed when making the booking,
6.Non-Smoking*: This is a Non-Smoking property.
7. Glass*: Absolutely No glass in the backyard.
8. MAXIMUM Cars*: The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 unless approved by the host. Cars must park in the driveway at all times. No street parking.
9. PETS* : Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
10.Parties or Events*: No parties or events allowed.
11. Check-In/Check-Out Time*: CHECK-IN time is after 4 PM and CHECK-OUT time is before10:00 am.
12. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If available, there is an extra charge for this and must be approved by host before check-in.
13. POOL HEATER: The pool heater is only available from Sep 15 to May 15 for a fee. The fee is $50/night or $250/week. It requires 5-day advanced notice to heat up the pool. The pool heater request has to apply to your entire stay. During Nov to Apr, if you don't want to pay the pool heating fee, you won't be able to use the pool.
14. We are not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal valuable items with you.
15. AC/HEATER - Keep all doors and windows shut when running the AC or the heater! We are a small business and can't afford an expected high utility bill.
16. We care very much about our home and strive to keep it in excellent shape. If anything is out of order, please let us know as soon as you arrive. However, the house is provided in “as is” condition. We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the house, such as ACs/Heaters, Internet access, satellite or cable TV access, pools, and fireplaces, as applicable. We should not be held responsible for such items' failure to work during your stay, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.
*Minimum $300 fine will be applied for rule violation and you may also lose the remaining nights of your stay with no refund. Any exception to the rules needs to be approved by the host in advance in writing.

Summary: Literally in the middle of everything you want….hikes, restaurant's, shopping, etc. easy process from start to finish. Rosanne and family were amazing hosts and the property is so well maintained it seemed luxurious! Will be back 1000%

Summary: Our experience was wonderful from the moment we booked. Roseanne was so wonderful, nice and accommodating the entire stay. If we had any questions, she was quick to respond and always willing to offer advice and suggestions. The house, yard and neighborhood were perfect! We will definitely be back!

Summary: House was as described. The outdoor seating areas and pool make the the place the best. The inside is a bit worn, as you likely expect for a rental. The 2 beds were comfortable and the tv worked well. We enjoyed the space, but you definitely need a car to get to eat and hike.The weather was not the best while we there, but that is beyond control. Still had a nice time and Roseanne was a gracious host.

Summary: We were expecting a much nicer property based on the price and the listing photos. The house is very dated and "painted over" to look good from a distance. The bathroom situation doesn't work well.....the person staying in the front bedroom had wall alll the way across the house to take a shower. We paid for heating the pool and it was like warm at best......appeared to only have included a split cover. Not sure what the fee was for. Sorry, but will not rent this one again.
