Positive: Beautiful beach location and views. Was wonderful to wake up each morning with ocean view and able to walk the beach. Clean rooms and great valet team.

Negative: Front desk staff not always at the desk. Would be good to add hot tea along side complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Positive: super spacious room and bathroom, beautiful balcony, bed could have been comfier, the mattress felt old and springy but i slept well. parking across the st. was not an issue and saved me the cost of daily parking. i liked having both a tub and a shower in my bathroom, you have to request for amenities like shampoo etc. to be replenished though.

Negative: at first i was confused on how to enter the hotel, the entrance is through the driveway to the garage or through the hotel, so navigating, even though the general space downstairs is small, was confusing at first. would be cool if the hotel offered bikes, but again, most place don't - there wasn't much i didn't like!

Summary: relaxing, convenient and kind/helpful staff! and comfortable.

Positive: Lovely pool area. Outside of the hotel nicely kept. Room comfortable and quiet.

Negative: No coffee or tea facilities in the room disappointing. Location is about a 20-25 min walk from the main part of town. Valet parking that appears unnecessary and costs c$25 a night (car park was straight forward, not sure I need to pay someone to park, at a room costing nearly $500 a night it’s just another tax on visitors) 4pm check in at this pricing point isn’t good enough, should be 3pm.

Summary: Nice but I’d stay elsewhere if I had my time again
