Our East beach studio is sweet and comfortable. It is perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The location is ideal, just 2 minutes walking to the beach. It is a very large and sunny studio and has a separate fully stocked kitchen with dining space, large room with Queen bed, awesome TV, separate vanity area, full bathroom with shower/tub and huge walk in closet. We have an outdoor patio around the back that has a BBQ and table and very nice place to relax and enjoy a meal. Its such a nice studio, its a great retreat after a long day enjoying the city! We have everything you need in the neighborhood, you don't even need a car! We have a local market on the corner, the SB Inn across the street that serves food all day, and bike rentals on the next block. The price is right and the location perfect; come see for yourself! The Santa Barbara Airbus has its SB pick up and drop off a block away at the Hyatt, and it is the perfect way to arrive from LAX- its a 3 minute walk and the Airbus is comfortable and affordable. Its a very safe neighborhood and best place to be in Santa Barbara!

Summary: I stayed at Jami's property for two weeks in February. It was very easy to communicate with her, and she quickly answered all my questions before and during my stay. The studio is very comfortable, clean, and well-supplied. Incidentally, it is much more spacious than appears in the photos. The neighborhood is wonderful, a short walk to the beach and easily walkable to stores and restaurants. Parking is on-street, and I always found a space on the block, usually directly in front of the building. It's a good choice for enjoying a lovely part of Santa Barbara.

Summary: The place was meticulously clean. It’s a bit dated but has all the basic amenities needed for a simple stay. Note: it’s up a long steep flight of stairs so be prepared to climb. We had some questions and the owner was responsible and was kind and helpful in m resolving our concerns. The location is very conveniently located for the zoo, beach and downtown area.

Summary: Great little place. Very quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem finding parking. Studio is upstairs in the back of the property. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, & the pier. It was a perfect getaway for my girlfriend & I.
