Positive: What a gorgeous little place: stylish, comfortable, well equipped, very comfortable beds, beautiful garden, and the kindest hosts who put up very gracefully with a 15 month old waking them up early and wanting to engage with the cats. We would love to visit again.

Positive: The location was excellent for our visit to Lincoln & The Wold. We loved the peace & quiet. The property was beautifully decorated & was very well equipped. The owners Robert & Richard were very welcoming & went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable with home cooked blueberry muffins on arrival & a selection of breakfast items.

Summary: A very pleasant stay & would definitely recommend.

Positive: Everything. Richard and Robert were the best hosts. We wanted for nothing and the cottage is amazing. Thank you Robert for the amazing goodies and Richard for taking and fetching Cinders from the ball.

Positive: Unique accommodation with a homely & rustic feel. Food and drink provided so we could make ourselves breakfast. Extremely friendly staff, and we would definitely stay again. Also, a stunning garden to enjoy in the good weather.

Negative: It's not the venue's fault, but as we had our toddler with us, a stairgate would have made us feel much safer with him running around. Just a few childproofing steps would make all the difference to those with little ones.
