Summary: The property (ies) were beautiful inside and out and has everything you would need for a beach vacation. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings and we often preferred to eat at home as the kitchens are fully stocked. This is the nicest rental place we have ever stayed by the beach and how the property is cleaned and maintained is top notch, we will look to come back to enjoy another totally relaxing vacation in Indian Rocks. Thank you everyone involved in making our stay wonderful.

Summary: This was the perfect venue for my friends and our golf trip. The houses slept all 12 of us comfortably with plenty of space to hand outside and play yard games. Great location to local food and drinks as well as less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The host provided good communication throughout the stay. Will definitely return next year if available.

Summary: Having the properties bring adjoining and completely fenced was very important for having small children. The place was well equipped with beach chairs and beach toys! The outdoor sitting areas worked great for eating and hanging out! We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My friends and I had a girls trip and stayed at both retreats for a long weekend. The double houses along with the large yards were a perfect size for a large group! We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas where we had access to outdoor showers (so luxurious!), patio, grill, hot tub, and shed full of the perfect beach items! The insides of both houses were decorated so cute, and there was plenty of space to hang out, cook, and relax. The location is perfect as it is two blocks from the beach, one block to the nearest bar, one block to the trolley stop, and just blocks from several other restaurants and shops on the strip. Angie, the host, was also super communicative and helpful! She responded to messages quickly and was very positive! Our group arrived earlier than check in, and she was more than accommodating for letting us store our luggage on the property, letting us get early access to outdoor space/ beach supplies, and keeping us updated on when the property would be ready for early check in. Our group had such a blast and an amazing time staying at the double Baltic Beach houses, and we highly recommend others to book for an amazing trip!
