Positive: We truly satisfied with all here, the rooms, the building, the location, the cleanness and peacefulness of the place, with breakfast we ordered in the morning. The place will fit to have some recreation time, while staying at the center of Jammu.

Positive: Sandeep was very nice with us and let us stay longer at his place after we checked out, because we had a night bus. He was really trying to make our stay the most comfortable possible. We had some nice conversations with Sandeep and his wife, we really felt like home. The room itself is really big with an amazing shower. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Positive: Friendly owner, helpful caretaker Ashok. Our train was late and they accommodated a very late check in at around 11.30 pm. I stayed here with my family- parents who are senior citizen and wife and a 3 year old kid. They have a play area next to their house which my son enjoyed. Their location is close to both railway station and airport. Breakfast was also good. All good restaurants are in close proximity.

Negative: Room mattress and air conditioning could be better. We stayed here in April month and felt that AC took sometime to bring the room to the right temperature. The mattress cushioning also felt like it can be much better. Toilet jet of superior room can be replaced as it had choking.
