Positive: Location was exceptional, very short walk to the beach. Property was very clean and had everything you would need for a great holiday

Negative: Only thing i would mention is some instructions in advance regarding what to do with bag of linen provided, we had to second guess if for us or not, but no big deal

Summary: we felt at home, the property was a great place to end the day

Positive: Lovely and quiet. Near to the most amazing beach. Very clean premises. Lovely walks around the area.. saw a koala and echidna in nearby street. Plenty of bird life. Great front verandah to sit and relax. Very comfy bed.

Negative: There are 2 key safes. The instructions DO say next to the clothes line, but we saw the first one near the stairs and assumed it as THE one. The keys were difficult to get into the door lock, ? New keys. No internet as stated on the site. No log in details given for internet, if it is provided! An unpleasant smell outside the back door. Not sure if a septic tank smell or dead possum!

Summary: A wonderful place for quiet time out. Obviously a much loved family beach house!

Positive: Great location next to the beach and Wilsons Promontory. Very tidy and cute place. Has everything you need for cooking.

Negative: Expensive as you had to bring your own linen and clean the place even though you paid for cleaning. Instructions for cleaning were given many times through different media. That makes you feel you are not welcome and trustworthy. Make sure you do grocery shopping elsewhere as local general store has limited selection.
