Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxed feeling with all the comforts of home. It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107) directly across from the front door.
Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level.
It has one large bedroom with queen bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll-away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Smart TV in the large living area. Free Internet access. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. Summary: This was an incredible location for our stay. It was beautiful and the views were unmatched. The condo itself was immaculately clean and so comfy. The little touches presented by the host were so thoughtful and made the whole stay feel like something extra special. The rental had everything needed to enjoy either going out or staying in. We would love to return here in the future and continue to explore the beauty that the Oregon coast has to offer.

Summary: This condo is in the Nye Beach area, a really cool part of Newport. The condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect for a couple or family with small kids. The view is awesome and the path to the beach is just around the corner. The owner is a great communicator and does everything needed for a nice stay. There is one reserved parking spot for you and if you have a second vehicle you’ll have to find a spot in the neighborhood. We walked just about everywhere from this location.
