Positive: Great location, lots of towels, blankets, dishes and cutlery. Lots of sitting places and cushions.

Negative: No coffee filters, or dishwasher soap and the frying pan liners were worn out. We had 3 cars and you only allow 2. Only 1 small white garbage bag for 8 people for 4 days. No hose in the back yard to wash the sand off your feet and shoes. There was a wood burning fireplace but no wood. If you would trim the top of the hedges in the back you would have a much better view of the ocean.

Summary: Good location and clean facility with most amenities provided.

Positive: The location on the beach was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked and we felt at home in the well decorated facilities. Very nice home and very comfortable.

Negative: Possibly an umbrella for the back deck would be nice as there was no protection from the sun.

Summary: Lovely home on the beach.
