Summary: This is a great property with wonderful views and a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Hot tub was bonus. Sunsets were immaculate. We stayed with our two dogs and had a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much for letting us use this wonderful property. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house especially the ocean view! The backyard was nice for our dogs. We had a carbon monoxide detector that went off in the middle of the night that we were able to unplug but didn’t receive any response back from management. We also had a hot tub cleaner randomly show up that would have been nice to be communicated about. House was great but management communication can be better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perched on a ridge overlooking the ocean in the Sandpiper neighborhood. This was a quiet, private, comfortable, well maintained home. There is an easy path to a hidden lake, an easy 2 block walk to the beach, and pleasant deck to sit and watch the ocean. If it's stormy, there is a nice fireplace to burn presto logs. Comfortable beds and furniture. Cute kitchen with lots of pots, pans, and utensils. Very nice.
