Positive: The apartment was very clean and great for a one week stay. Front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Upon check-in they arranged a taxi for us for the next week to the airport. The pool was cleaned daily and very nice. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the Sandpiper Apartments was a 10 thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.

Negative: There were no negatives to the apartment or facilities. I do wish they would have had a small cooler to rent or that went with the apartment.

Positive: The rooms are well decorated and extremely clean. They are of the Hampton Inn standards. The location was central with places to eat and get snacks nearby. The swimming pool was a great place to relax in the evening and the grounds has sitting areas to eat outside.

Negative: It was great stay and there is nothing I can think of that I would improve on. Excellent service and accommodation.

Positive: Beautiful pool, beds are comfortable and everything is clean. 100 step beach very close. If you are a first timer to Bermuda the bus works well. Tokens available in the office.

Positive: Good location close to many of the main beaches, bus stops, gas station, restaurants, and scooter rental. A 15 minute scooter ride from Hamilton, about 40 minute ride to Dockyard. Nice courtyard and pool! We loved our room - super comfy king bed, lots of space. Housekeeping was great, especially that they modified the schedule to make sure we were stocked with clean towels, etc over the holiday weekend. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes (plates, cups, bowls, pots/pans, coffee maker, ICE TRAYS!!). A/C worked really well which was much appreciated in the summer heat :)

Summary: Great home base for exploring the island and coming back to a comfy, clean space!

Positive: Lovely place to stay, all the staff were very friendly. Everywhere was clean and well appointed. Everything was great! The lady on reception was very helpful, polite and always smiling, the cleaner and handyman always said hello when walking past.

Negative: The only problem we had was that we weren’t staying longer
