Positive: Location. Alexa at the front desk was superb as usual. Suites are well sized and have full kitchen, on suite washer and dryer.

Negative: Under renovation - very noisy at times. Front desk duty manager is too eager to get guests to check out quickly. Cleaning is well below expectation. Coffee table , kitchen counter in our room were dirty, no one wiped them down. Full of food and coffee stains, long hair still on the carpet. Many of the electrical outlets were not working.

Positive: Staff are fantastic. Good location close to the hwy and the Guildford mall. Having a fan and a washer and dryer in the suite is very helpful. Comfy beds.

Positive: Everything was great, beds were comfortable. I liked the fact that we were able to park in a secure area. The one thing that wasn't so great was the gate malfunctioned and it took us a while to get it opened.

Positive: If I could move into one of the suites, I would. It's a perfect space. I'd consider it my "dream home" as far as apartments go. I've been looking for a new place to live, and nothing's come close to this. Very upsetting I can't find a home as nice. lol I always appreciate a hotel that has a selection of snacks and sundries that you can grab if needed.

Negative: Elevators are a bit clunky and slow, but honestly not an issue. The knives in the kitchen were pretty flimsy as well and I worried it would break or I'd cut myself, but. Also not an issue. Can't complain when you get a whole kitchen!
