Positive: Clean, great location for our purposes, nice view of river from covered patio. Comfortable beds and very roomy. Lovely view of the river from a nice covered patio that is set up for outdoor dining. This would be lovely in the summer months.

Negative: Living room furniture was uncomfortable for rainy day lounging. The shower had a slippery base and no grab bar. As someone with agility issues, this was problematic. The stove had the knobs on the front, and the stove turned on more than once while I was working in the kitchen but not cooking, just by my clothes brushing them. This is also dangerous, especially for young children. That said, as someone traveling with my adult children, I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The host was lovely and helpful, for the times we there (10 night). The house was roomy and had enough room to sleep people and everything worked as required- except the dishwasher which was broken before we arrived so couldn't be used. It's in an area close to the buses to take you into downtown vancouver.

Negative: Loud feet from the family living above us, however this wasn't all the time, but still was annoying when a young child is strying to sleep. The en-suite shower is very high of the ground, even with the step it's still hard to get in and out off for info 😊
