Positive: We liked the size of the condominium and that there was enough room for everyone. There were two full Bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with two full-size beds, and then there were two roll away beds and a sleeper sofa), but the sleeper sofa was broken, which did not make that much of a difference for us. The kitchen was a good size for our business/pleasure trip.

Negative: I did not like that the sleeper sofa was broken and that we had to use a roll away bed. We also did not like the fact that the AC was low on refrigerant and was not working like it should. However, they made that up to us. We also did not like the fact that there was construction going on next door, but that was not a big deal. The two wicker dining chairs are very uncomfortable, Maybe adding a cushion to them.

Summary: Roomy and convenient would be the best way to describe our stay.

Positive: I liked that it was right on the beach. I also like that it provided everything we would need for the beach in the room

Negative: I never saw any staff on site. Also, we couldn't walk around the room barefoot because the floors were disgusting. From the moment we got there, the floors had so much filth on them that couldn't just be dusted off. We had to scrub them

Positive: Nice and close to the beach. Gated entry to beach. The pool area is nice. The manager was excellent to deal with.

Negative: Floors were not clean. Condo 402 is looking well used and tried inside. Only the basic minimums in the kitchen.

Positive: Very nice unit. Big living space, wonder master, nice full size kitchen. Quiet, nice pool, and beach access.

Negative: The construction. That is a real bummer. Driving foundation pilings five days a week is nightmarish.
