Positive: This condo and Cocoa Beach were everything we could've asked for and more! Walking into the unit we instantly felt a sense of home. Jan was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us have an enjoyable time in the area and the condo is fully stocked with anything you might need. Cocoa Beach has a relaxed and calm atmosphere, the perfect low key place to go walk around the area and of course along the beautiful beach. Thank you Jan for creating such a beautiful Oasis!

Positive: Excellent location for both cruise terminals, beach and town! Deadbolt entry so it wasn’t a problem that we had been delayed upon arrival. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need. Very spacious. Easy parking. And Jan was always available and so so helpful! Would definitely recommend!
