Summary: Lovely cottage with plenty of room both inside and out. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Beds & bedding are very comfortable. 10 min drive to Waitrose, 2-3 pubs and beaches. Dog walks across the road & play park within walking distance. Will definitely be back!

Summary: We had an enjoyable week at this property over the Easter break. The property was exactly as described so met our expectations. There was a generous welcome pack with large loaf of bread, milk, chocolates and other goodies. The host was generous with the provision of key essentials such as dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, teabags, logs for the loverly open fire etc. All much appreciated. The TV is large and has Sky. Internet worked very well much to the relief of my children. We had no problem with the downstairs bathroom. Several pubs within a couple of miles, but none really close. The posting advises booking in at the Gunton Arms in advance - we hadn't appreciated it has a 4-6 week waiting list! All in all a nice break.

Summary: Our stay was satisfactory, however because the bathroom was downstairs and the furthest point away from the bedrooms you were wide awake when you had to get up during the night,the house has great potential,adding a nice wallpaper and light furniture would make a big improvement to the living area and better lighting as the lounge was very dark.poorly finished decor was disappointing,however the kitchen was well equipped and clean.Outside space was perfect.Location was perfect to visit different places.
