Positive: Very nice property, well furnished and maintained, all amenities available (washing machine, dish-washer, floor heating, AC, 2 x big screen TVs, etc.). Host put QR codes for easy access to all amenities. Very thoughtfully arranged and instructions for every little item. Size is perfect for family of 3. The host is super responsive for any request. Thank you

Negative: Don't be scared by front entrance door and staircases leading to the apartment, this is the normal in Venice.
