Positive: The location was excellent and design decor concept was incredible with a true Mediterranean feel. Staff were very accommodating and responsive.

Negative: Unfortunately Procida is a small island with very limited vendor transport options. The airport shuttle agency that the hotel booked for us was unacceptable and unprofessional. The driver was very nice but the agency instructed the driver to take us from Naples airport to a port 1 hour away instead of the closest port 15 minutes away so that they can increase the up charge cost on our travel. Luckily we became aware of this and asked the driver to take us to the closest port and he did. I would highly recommend as a tourist that care be taken when arranging transportation as this a very common theme in the region of Naples.

Positive: The location is absolutely spectacular. The breakfast is really good and staff at restaurant are lovely!

Negative: We have been to this hotel last year and we loved it. This years, I found the hotel overall tired. Lots of items in my room were broken/repaired, including a dirty armchair cover, broken toilet seat, flush, soap dispenser, crack in the walls. Also a wet room in a 4-star hotel really does not work for me. The other thing to say is that we travelled here this year for our honeymoon (we got engaged in this hotel 10 months ago!). Despite us notifying the staff of the special occasion, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of this. On contrary, we were in a gorgeous 3-star hotel in Ischia before where they had lots of thoughts for us - this made the difference even more striking. I think the hotel is potentially wonderful, but they need to upkeep it more regularly and improve customer care if they intend to keep 4-star status and prices!!!

Summary: Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. It needs higher level of upkeep and better customer care!

Positive: Perfect location, cozy and nice hotel, biggest pillows during all our trip, breakfast on the waterfront. Close to very good restaurants. I truly enjoyed this pace. The interior is very well decorated with a good taste. The best morning cofee during our trip.
